They will pass the complaint on to the correct Compliance Team who can protect the anonymity of the complainant. The Compliance Team that becomes involved will normally be the local one (there are 16 in UK overall), but if the employer is part of a chain then the area in which the head office or where the payroll is handled, will deal with the complaint. The Compliance Team will follow up to see that arrears are made up.
